Returns: All items purchased from Woodturning Videos Plus are covered by our 30-day guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or refund your purchase price, less shipping and handling charges. All items must be returned within 30 days of original order date and you are responsible for any shipping charges to return the items.

All of our products are shipped within 1-2 buiness days in secure plastic cases with adequate protection for the discs. Orders shipped inside the United States are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Priority Mail takes approximately 2-3 days for delivery.

Orders shipped outside the United States are shipped via United States Postal Service Global Priority Mail. Global Priority Mail delivery times are estimated based upon the country of delivery, but usually arrive within 7 business days.

Other methods of delivery, such as two-day or overnight, are available upon request. Please contact us to make arrangements for expedited deliveries.
