Purchases: Every product you purchase from Woodturning Videos Plus is backed by our 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any product when it arrives, you may return it for a prompt refund or replacement. You can always count on Woodturning Videos Plus for the best quality, value and service - guaranteed.

Returns: All items purchased from Woodturning Videos Plus are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or refund your purchase price, less shipping and handling charges. All items must be returned in original condition, with packaging within 30 days of original order date and you are responsible for any shipping charges to return the items.

Shipping Information

All of our products are shipped within 1-2 business days in a secure plastic DVD case with a standard USPS Priority Mail box, or via International Global Priority Mail box with adequate protection for the discs.

Note: Orders received by 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time, will ship the same day of order.

Orders shipped to addresses inside the United States are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Priority Mail takes approximately 2-3 days for delivery. Orders shipped to addresses outside the United States are shipped via United States Postal Service Global Priority Mail. Global Priority Mail delivery times are based upon the specific country of delivery, but usually arrive within 7 business days.

Other methods of delivery, such as two-day or overnight express are available upon request. Please contact us to make arrangements for expedited deliveries.

Safety Note: Always follow all manufacturers safety instructions before working with your lathe, or any of the tools or products you may use. If you are unsure about any operation, obtain competent professional instruction before proceeding. Use and wear all necessary safety devices during turning and observe safe woodturning practices to prevent accident or injury.
