New Video Tip Added To Video Tips Library

We recently added a new "Fluid Pulsed" drilling video tip segment to our Video Tips Library. This is a 90 second video that demonstrates my protocol for drilling pen blanks.

This technique helps to cool the drill bit during drilling and keep the flutes clear of shavings, which helps to prevent heat checking inside the drilled hole when working with heat sensitive exotics, or man-made composites. Additional video tips will be added in the near future.

Help Us Build Our Video Tips Library

We recently added a new Video Tips Library and it has been a huge success. There are currently three video segments in the library. Two deal with shear scraping a bowl prior to sanding and the third covers resharpening bandsaw blades.
