Woodturning Videos Plus November Update
Happy First Anniversary!
They say that time flies when you're having fun! Our website, Woodturning Videos Plus is now one year old! It was only a few months ago that we started with nothing but a blank computer screen and the desire to build an educational website for woodturners. The first few months were really a challenge as we tried to get up to speed with building the pages and learning how to optimize photos and video for the web.
Neither my wife nor I had ever built a website before and we had absolutely no experience with HTML, Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and the handful of other programs that we now use every day to manage the text and video content on our website. Looking back it has been a wild, but rewarding ride! Much of the credit for our success is due to good folks like you, who have supported our educational efforts in more ways than I can count.
Marjorie and I would like to personally thank each and every one of you for your continued support of our website. We have big plans for the next twelve months as we continue to add value to our three free woodturning educational libraries. We're also coming out with several new DVD videos, the first of which (Volume #4) will be out very soon.
Link Request: If you belong to a woodturning club or association, please consider asking your Webmaster to add a link to our website's free educational library. There are currently 21 articles in the library, covering beginner to advanced topics. Please help us to share this valuable learning resource with other turners in your woodturning clubs, associations, or on your own website links page.
The direct link to our educational library is shown below:

Thanks in advance for your support of our educational efforts.
